First confirm the card type and code: RED10 is for a virtual card and RED100 is for a physical card. Enter it during card ordering and do not pay unless the expected discount appears in the final price shown by the app. Both codes were last confirmed working via a real in-app order — RED10 took a virtual card from $10.00 to $8.00, RED100 took a physical card from $100.00 to $80.00. So a missing discount is almost always one of the four checks below, not a dead code.
These are card-order promo codes, not registration referral codes. Complete registration and identity verification first, then use the matching code while applying for the card — see the registration guide.
Take a screenshot of the code field and final price, then contact official RedotPay support inside the app. Partner offers, eligibility, and fees can change — a successful code entry is not enough unless the expected discount is visible before you confirm payment.
RED10 is for a virtual-card order. For a physical card, use RED100 instead, then confirm the final price in the app.
Enter the matching code during the virtual-card or physical-card application flow, after registration and identity verification — not in the registration referral field.
No. Stop before payment if the expected discount is missing. Recheck the code and card type, then contact official support with screenshots if needed.
RED10 for a virtual card, RED100 for a physical card — see the promo code hub to double check.
